How much do you charge for cakes?
Basic cakes are $3.50 per serving. Cakes are priced according to the complexity of the design. Banging Cakes requires a minimum order of 15 servings.
*The $3.50 per serving price is for cakes that are covered, filled and bordered. This is a starting price. Extra work such as flowers, figurines and other extra decorations will be priced accordingly.
What kind of cake can I order?
Any cake! 3D, tiered or flat. If you have something in mind, please let me know. Pictures and/ or drawings are always great so if you've seen something you like on TV or online, send me an email and I'll do my best to create it. If you'd like me to come up with something, I can do that as well. I'll design it on paper and get your approval.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Cake tastings are available for cake orders of 50 servings or more for an additional fee which will be deducted from the final cost of your cake. Cake tasting fees vary according to how many flavors you wish to sample.
Do you have pre-made cakes and cupcakes?
Banging Cakes does not have any pre-maded cakes or cupcakes. All cakes and cupcakes are baked fresh for each order. This is done to ensure the quality of our baked goods.
What do you use to cover your cakes?
I use fondant to cover the cakes I make. Fondant is similar to clay only edible and made of sugar. It gives cakes a smooth finished look.
Do you make all buttercream cakes?
Unfortunately, at this time, Banging Cakes does not provide all buttercream cakes. Fondant is my favorite and most comfortable medium to work with.

Yes! Cupcakes are $3.00 each and require a minimum order of 12 cupcakes of the same flavor.

- Cupcakes are $36/ dozen ($3.00/ cupcake).
- Specialty flavor cupcakes are $42/ dozen (specialty flavors are marked with an asterisk*).
- Please allow at least a two day notice to order cupcakes (example: order on Thursday for a Saturday event).
Delivery

Yes! Banging Cakes does deliver. The deliver fee is $2.00 per mile plus any tolls if applicable. I encourage clients to have cakes delivered because they are not familiar with the structure of the cake. ]
Can I transit a cake myself?
Absolutely! However, I encourage clients to have orders delivered as I would hate to have some sort of accident occur. Unfortunately, if something were to happen during a self-transit, Banging Cakes would not be responsible for any compensation.

Storing Cakes
Where would I store my cake before serving?
Cakes should be kept at room temperature (68F to 77F). Cakes that are in direct sunlight, humidity or any sort of excessive heat are at risk for melting. Also, fondant covered cakes should NOT be kept in a refrigerator. Placing a cake covered in fondant in the refrigerator will make it sweat and all the detail work will droop.

Banging Cakes accepts credit card via PayPal or cash. I would like to be able to receive payment on delivery or pick up, but in an effort to avoid running into payment issues, orders should be paid in full two weeks prior to the event to confirm the order.
